This exquisite, hand-lettered Santa letter is a meaningful keepsake—thoughtfully designed to capture your child’s unique story and preserve the wonder of Christmas for years to come. This is a fully custom letter, based upon your own words, and hand lettered by me, the calligrapher.

Whether you wish to honor a significant milestone, recognize a moment of quiet resilience, or tenderly mark the loss of a loved one, this heartfelt message is yours to create. I will transform your words into a beautifully penned letter, using elegant calligraphy on fine parchment bearing the letterhead: From the Desk of Santa Claus.

Accompanying the letter is a hand-addressed envelope, adorned with holly leaves, marked Delivered by Reindeer Express, and stamped with an authentic North Pole seal—adding the perfect touch of enchantment.

1. Your letter cost will depend on the number of words in the letter. You can find the word quantity by creating your letter in a word document and the number of words will automatically appear in the bottom left corner. Select the number of words in the menu to determine the cost of your letter.

2. Copy and paste your letter into the Custom Request Form in the Message area. Be sure to fill out your name and email so I can contact you with any questions.

Your letter is thoughtfully composed then hand lettered by me, the calligrapher. Please allow up to 5 days for the creation of letter and envelope.

The Santa letter will be mailed flat and along with the envelope and everything will be shipped in a white flat rigid mailer.

Note: Regular USPS First Class mail may take 5-8 days or longer as a result of the huge volume of holiday mail traffic. Once your package is out of my hands it will in the hands of USPS.
Priority Mail (2-5 days) and Priority Express Mail (1-2 days) is an available shipping option with guaranteed delivery and may be the best option for mailing in December.
Shipping Upgrade available upon request.

Non-personalized orders can be returned to us, at customer expense, for a full refund of the item cost. Shipping will not be refunded. The refund will be processed after we have received the returned stationery and can verify that it is in saleable condition.
Custom orders cannot be returned for a refund.
