Note: Regular USPS First Class mail may take 5-8 days or longer as a result of the huge volume of holiday mail traffic. Once your package is out of my hands it will in the hands of USPS.
- Priority Mail (2-5 days) and Priority Express Mail (1-2 days) is an available shipping option with guaranteed delivery and may be the best option for mailing in December.
Non-personalized orders can be returned to us, at customer expense, for a full refund of the item cost. Shipping will not be refunded. The refund will be processed after we have received the returned stationery and can verify that it is in saleable condition.
Custom orders cannot be returned for a refund.
